Stop Guessing Your
VA Claim Status

Don't just refresh your "VA Claim Status" page. Take control of the outcome with a proven strategy that works for real veterans.

The Wait Game

Waiting months without updates isn't normal. It's a sign your claim lacks the clear evidence the VA needs to move forward.

Bureaucratic Red Tape

The VA system is designed for compliance, not compensation. We help you cut through the noise and speak their medical language.

Weak Evidence

A claim is only as strong as its proof. Our strategy focuses on bulletproof medical evidence that makes denial almost impossible.

Why Claims Get Denied

Common Questions About
100% P&T

Get answers to the most critical questions veterans have about Permanent & Total disability.

What does 100% P&T actually mean?

P&T stands for Permanent and Total. It means your disabilities are rated at 100% (Total) and the VA has determined they are unlikely to improve (Permanent). With P&T status, you are protected from future routine examinations and your benefits are secured for life. You also unlock additional benefits like Chapter 35 education for dependents and CHAMPVA healthcare.

Can I still work if I have 100% P&T?

Yes! Unlike TDIU (Total Disability Individual Unemployability), a schedular 100% P&T rating has no income restrictions. You can work a full-time job, earn a six-figure salary, and still receive your full VA disability compensation. This is one of the biggest misconceptions veterans have.

How do I get a Nexus Letter?

A Nexus Letter is a medical opinion linking your condition to your military service. You can get one from your private treating doctor (if they are willing), or from forensic medical companies that specialize in VA claims. Our templates help you ask your private doctor for a nexus letter correctly.

Do I need a lawyer to get to 100%?

No. While lawyers can be helpful for complex appeals, you do not need one for an initial claim or even most increases. Lawyers typically charge 20-33% of your backpay. By educating yourself on the regulations (38 CFR) and gathering your own bulletproof evidence, you can win your claim yourself and keep 100% of your money.

What happens if my claim is denied?

Don't give up! A denial is just a request for more information. You have three main options: Higher-Level Review (HLR) - a senior rater reviews the same evidence; Supplemental Claim - you submit new and relevant evidence; Board Appeal - you appeal to a judge. Our strategy focuses on getting it right the first time.
